If you experience any issues regarding your order, like missing, damaged or wrong pieces, don't hesitate to contact us at Please state your order number in the subject of the email and write us a clear description of the issue(s) for a swift response. Photos of the issue(s) are always welcome as an attachment since this usually clarifies the issue(s) even more. Of course, you can also contact us via the BrickOwl message centre (preferably via the contact option in your order, since this links your message with your order immediately).

Don't use any other way, like for example PayPal messages, to contact us about issues regarding your order! Since we can't guarantee we receive or read these (in time) to solve your issue(s).

Note: Used parts may have some small signs of use, which is considered normal since the parts are used for building before. We have a very thorough quality check before used items are added to our inventory. Heavily scratched parts, broken parts or parts with bitemarks usually never make it to our inventory (unless clearly described). Nevertheless, some small imperfections (like fine cracks) that are only visible during building or overlooked may get through. Of course, we will make sure to solve these issues, when they occur, in the best way possible.

New parts may have some small imperfections as well since the majority of our parts are parted out from sets. These imperfections are the result of processes in the Lego® factory or the way Lego® packs its sets. These small imperfections are considered normal and are not eligible for replacement since you will come across these small imperfections in new sets as well.Last Updated: 5 Nov 2021
