Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving your items without giving any reason to do so. The deadline for withdrawal shall be 14 days from the date on which you take possession of the final goods delivered. To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Vivid Bricks, Zandwilg 14 A, 1731LS, Winkel, The Netherlands, Email: info@vividbricks.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract in a clear declaration by Email or letter.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we must reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding the additional costs incurred if you have selected a different type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us, and only when the whole order is returned) without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to reimburse you unless otherwise expressly agreed. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. All costs of returning the items and possible damages or losses during returning the items are on your behalf.

Always return items in the original packing, which is opened with as little damage as necessary to verify the goods. You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any use or handling of the goods which is not deemed necessary to verify the condition, features and functioning of the goods. Returned sets which are stated as "new" and "sealed" which are opened, will be reimbursed for the actual "six-month sale average" for used sets here on BrickOwl at the moment of receiving the returned goods, as it's not deemed necessary to verify the actual parts of the set to confirm the condition.
